absurd, powerful and very short, October 27, 2023by cormorancy Despite its short length, it manages to be a lot of things: confusing, off-putting, charming, funny and sad. The refusal to meet audience expectations (in this case, about both the English language and the form of a Twine game) creates a kind of vulnerability and openness that sets up well for the more serious content toward the end.
