A spooky, visually beautiful Halloween game with sound, June 9, 2016This game is genuinely creepy in many of its parts. It has gorgeous css and html styling, with nice background music.
You play a police officer investigating the disappearance of a shut-in. As you enter his home, you discover more and more about his history and his solitary life, as well as interacting with a variety of candles.
Everything worked well for me in this game; it was effective and well styled.
Short, but quite atmospheric twine game, in which you're trying to solve the mystery around a person of the name Edward West, who has been missing by his neighbor. There could've been a little more consequences to my actions, but as it was an entry to a speed-if competition, I see, why it's relatively limited.
A lovely, creepy Lovecraftian tale with some great alternative endings. Quite an achievement for three hours' work!
