Short story about a glitched out word doc, July 28, 2023This game was written in 500 words or less for the Neo Twiny Jam.
It uses a UI similar to a google doc, and the best part of it to me was the way that it looked and the detail in the highlights and such.
The second best part was the overall writing, which painted a fun picture of having a mysterious officemate who you contact every day but don't know in person.
The worst part was not having enough of it; the premise was great, but it kind of just stopped, presumably when the author hit the word limit.
Who says you can’t make friends at work…, July 14, 2023
In a mix between retrospection and conversation, this entry shows that no matter how dull work can be, a friend can make up for it. Even if you never met face to face. Or their handle changes every day. But nothing matter in this corrupted document shared with that one special person, who you know so much of and yet so little.
I like the eeriness of the setting (what if they are not as friendly? what if you are being tricked) and the writing made me chuckle too. The UI also was spot on!
