Like most SpeedIF from that era, it was written under a 2-hour start-to-finish time limit with a laundry list of elements to include, which leads to a game about as coherent as you'd expect. The title was originally added as a placeholder by mashing the number row of the keyboard and the author apparently forgot to replace it with a more meaningful one before submitting the game.
