About the Story

"Now, here is the meat of the quest. As all know, the dwarvish stronghold of Khazad-Dum, that many know as Moria, was sacked by the orcs many hundreds of years ago. It was then that the Ring of Power that controlled Moria was lost. We have reason to know that the ring is still there, and maybe recovered by one both cunning and strong."

You nod. "I am that one."

This adventure is part of the Eamon universe. Like all Eamon adventures, it is an RPG-style game, mostly using a two-word parser. Because Eamon is a modular system, you may bring a character and equipment from other adventures into this one.

Editorial Reviews

The descriptions are fantastic! I felt I could actually see some of the rooms. The puzzles are interesting with a few tricks thrown in. The hardest part of the adventure is finding where to look for a needed object.

I'm looking for the best adventures written in any version of Basic that run on a classic 8-Bit computer such as the TRS-80 Model 1, Commodore Pet or Vic 20, ZX81, or early Apples. In other words I'm looking in the range of memory...

Games with character creators/creation by cynical11
Basically, any game that features any kind of character creation system; but, the more in-depth, the better.
