Spring Thing 2019
The Spring Thing Interactive Festival is an annual online festival celebrating new works of interactive fiction; it takes place in the Spring, usually April-May. IF fans of all backgrounds are encouraged to enter their new works, or play and judge those of others.
The 2019 Festival took place over 5 weeks--from 1 April to 6 May. It is the first Spring Thing to offer Audience Awards, alongside two 'Best in Show' Awards. Players can suggest an Audience Award for a game if they are impressed by a certain trait of the game, such as the game's puzzles, its characters, its setting, or anything about the game; the award would be named accordingly (such as 'Best Puzzles' or 'Best Setting', etc).
