About the Story

From MobyGames:

After a short job interview, you get hired to Mighty Microcomputer Corporation. You have only one goal in your mind: to become the president of the company as soon as possible!

The game presents you with situations and problems which you must solve by choosing from multiple choices. After a series of questions the game evaluates your performance. If you have made the right choices, you get to advance in your career, but if you have made the wrong decisions, you get fired from the company and the game ends.

Solid game all around, funny as all hell, November 15, 2025

The best way to describe Executive Suite would be "competent." It isn't in your face flashy, but the presentation gets the job done. The writing is where Executive Suite really shines... You really ought to stop reading this review and play the game yourself. The gameplay loop is also really satisfying. That feeling when you've nearly become president of the company, but some terrible mistake or plain old bad luck sends you falling down to the bottom of the corporate hierarchy... It's terrible. But the good kind of terrible, the same kind of terrible that makes you burn hours playing Kerbal Space Program to finally make a rocket which doesn't break apart mid flight. Stop reading this review and go play Executive Suite, for real now.

PC Magazine (archive.org)
The Organization Man meets Pac-man
Since you’re reading this magazine, chances are you’re (a) a cutting-edge button-downer who spends a lot of time negotiating the strange underground empire of corporate politics, or (b) a brilliant techie who prefers Smalltalk to small talk and whose idea of dressing for success is a clean T-shirt. Either way, you’ll probably enjoy Executive Suite. You type-A people can painlessly practice clawing your way into the board room, and you type-B's can experience all the thrills of the business world without having to punch a time clock or set foot inside Brooks Brothers.
