No more tickets? Noooooo! , January 28, 2024

This is a short, easily played game, and thoroughly enjoyable and fun with lots of little references to the scifi movie genre. I enjoyed the replayability, getting to try out all the different ways of trying to make your way into the premiere of the latest installment of your favourite movie franchise after you accidentally overslept only to find it sold out when you arrive.

Girth and the Last Crusade, October 8, 2023

This is a fun little story in the style of a humorous fighting fantasy-ish parody game. You follow Girth who is on a quest for a magical artifact to unsee something so horrible that even a dungeon lord does not wish to live with that sight playing behind their eyelids.

Although you can cheat, I recommend playing through at least once with a dice (or RNG) as intended. You can collect statuses which may help or hinder (or just look cool on your sheet) as well as a party of companions such as the Hound of Halitosis. Although there's some suggestive humour, there's nothing too explicit. Recommend it if you think you'll find a gamebook parody fun.

Interesting but possibly a bit buggy?, June 23, 2022

Interesting premise, but I found the Scottish dialect difficult to understand in places and for some reason I had to keep asking the game to switch back to the Anglified translation text between many screens. Sometimes this wouldn't seem to work (I'm not sure if this was intentional or not) and continue to show me the untranslated text, so I'd have to guess at what the half understood text wanted me to do.
