Glass by Emily Short might be of interest for this list: the PC is a parrot who can only interact with the game world by repeating words that the NPCs have said.

Chandler Groover's Mirror and Queen might also count as an example of keyword-driven games - in that case even the > of the parser has been taken out, so it's purely about typing in keywords.
