 An absolute gem!, September 3, 2012by Dida Suveh Nux is a true gem and my favorite IF game to date! The game is short, simple and uncluttered. It uses a good system of magic, teases the brain a little and entertains nicely. As one of the first IF games I played, I found it a commendable introductory game. Was this review helpful to you? Also, only thing I didn't like about the game was it was too short. It was like being given a small sample. Only served to whet my appetite. But it's been a while since I played something quite so fun. The game is an exemplary demonstration of the principle of "show, don't tell" as applied to interactive fiction. |
