This link takes you to the very different modern versions as David Welbourn made a map for that version. This map could help you if you are stuck in part I.

About the Story

You are Bash the Barbarian. Your evil wife Queen Drana wants you to find the fabled Dragon Diamond or you will finish up stuffed like her other twelve husbands. You are driven to the outskirts of the forest of fear where your adventure begins.

This Commodore 64 game was later remade in Adrift and Inform. These versions are VERY different from the C64-version which was unforgiving (cruel), had mazes etc. Thus, in this case it makes sense that there are two listings: One for the C64 version and one for the modern versions.
