IFDB template

optimized ifdb.css code: reduced 48kB stylesheet to 25kB, deleted comments, raised close braces, deleted terminal semicolons, rearranged properties by scope and sets by generality, deduped color codes, combined like selectors, pruned combinators, generalized font properties (I don't know why the font property drops values for body's if inherit or initial are used instead of explicit families. Now to use this template, "inherit" has to be replaced with at least Verdana.)
