Neuroqueer (AuDHD, queer, agender) solo author of cozy, queer, accessible interactive fiction, written in Twine with SugarCube. Charlie, they/them pronouns.
I have a master's in social work, and it shows up in my games more than I expected. It shapes how I write people, how I handle sensitive subjects, and how I let players choose the pace they take things at. I also coded HTML in Notepad as a kid and used CSS to beautify my MySpace page, so this was probably always where I'd end up.
Accessibility is part of the writing, not a pass at the end: text sizing, high contrast, reduced motion, keyboard, touch, and mouse, and neurodivergent-friendly design like recaps, gentle onboarding, and no timers unless a game truly needs one. All of it lives in a template every new project starts from.
I draw my own art, reuse my own code, and score with my own music (as Soft Lanterns) where it earns its place. I also enjoy using other people's assets and macros, with permission and credit.
My first digital game is The Library of Unsent Letters. Thanks to ADHD the backlog sits at 57+ ideas, and my dear friends Sam and Ben hear about every one of them. Blame Havilah for my being here at all; she introduced me to Twine.
