Piper, your coworker of two years, has invited you to join her oldest friends at a beach house on the North Carolina coast. Three days away from work, with someone you've gotten very good at finding reasons to spend time with. Now you're somebody's guest among people with a history together. You'd like to get to know them. You would also like to be normal about Piper, but let's keep our expectations reasonable.

Pelican House is an interactive dramedy about being the plus-one. Choose whose company to seek, what to ask, and when to leave something alone. Your time and attention shape which conversations open up, and how the trip ends.

Two endings and a secret mini branch. Choose your own name; the game never assigns you a gender. About an hour per run, playable in your browser. Keyboard and touchscreen suppor, text size and reduced motion settings, and a mute option for the ocean sound.

Warm and funny, with a few heavier conversations along the way. Nothing graphic.
