Ach! I played that a long time ago and enjoyed it! IIRC it had some rough language in it, didn't it? I shied away from PHOTOPIA because I thought it'd be the same way (surprise surprise...it wasn't!). And even though I just recently played PHOTOPIA and I haven't replayed SHRAPNEL recently, I seem to think the latter is superior.
