About the Story

Here you are, miles away from home, trying to decide how to spend your afternoons. Of course, you decide to look for adventure! You head for some caves hidden deep in the hillside, rumoured to be dangerous. Who knows what is to be found inside them?

(Note: Not to be confused with the many other games called Underground Adventure!)

From CASA: "The listing for this game may be found in the book series Exploring Adventures on the (name of a computer platform) by Peter Gerrard (there is one book per computer platform). As with the other two Exploring Adventures adventures, the main purpose of this game is to illustrate how to program your own adventure games in BASIC. Anyone who did not want to type in the games could instead buy the three games on a single cassette.

A slightly different version appears on an Adventure PD, Amstrad public domain disk.

In 2018, the Dragon 32 version of the game was ported to the TRS-80 MC-10 by Jim Gerrie."
