Potential For a Decent Inform Game, October 1, 2014
by Daemon Pyrate ( Optional. For example, "San Diego, California," "Barcelona, Spain")

Release 1 is very roughly sketched. There are a lot of things missing. (The author needs to use Aaron A. Reed's BENT technique, Bracket Every Notable Thing.) "In" is used instead of "enter cable car". The main problem is that most things are undescribed. It's a good start. It just needs more work-- more objects, more description.

What's the point in mentioning the "blue box" if I can't examine it??

Same for the golden tome??

Those are just two examples of lack of description.

Looking forward to a completed game. But, right now it is just frustrating to try and play.

Blue box - I will fix that. I'm not sure what went wrong there.

Golden Tome - I'm aware of that issue, the way that puzzle is designed, the golden tome is supposed to move from one room to another every turn, I'm still figuring out how to make the 'taking' and 'examining' actions take priority over the golden tome's regular movement.

I'm having the same issue - I got an email today saying it was added to the archive, but it's still not working.

Appreciated. This is still a Work in Progress - I'll put out release 2 sometime in the near future.
It would help if you could message me indicating which specific things you think need more description. I will fix the cable car though - I know what I need to do there.
