Review

I generally liked this game. I don’t have too much to say about the game itself, as it’s pretty simple mechanically and narratively, and most of its draw is from learning about the history of the moment it showcases (but it portrays that history in an interesting and effective way). I did think the descriptions of the memory world were evocative — I’m not sure “realistic” is the right word here, but it’s probably the closest description of a dream world to my own dreams that I’ve read before, which I thought was neat.

I did run into one implementation quirk regarding the rope and the room with the pit, but otherwise the game was pretty tidy and well-edited.
