About the Story

The "WHITE FEATHER CLOAK" is the sacred treasure of the gnomes and it enables its wearer to fly. In the poem, Borin the Bold, the great gnomish warrior, and his squire Cedric set out to recover the precious cloak from the thieving so-and-so who stole it ... the evil Sorcerer Grimbal.

Protected from his evil magic by the powerful amulet given to Borin by Princess Elsbeth, they engage the Sorcerer in battle and, after a great and intense struggle, defeat him. Indeed they even go so far as to believe that they have killed him.

Some time later - one year to be precise - Cedric, now a knight himself, has made his way to attend the wedding of Borin and Elsbeth. He finds Borin's house in ruins and Borin himself missing.

Unbeknown to Cedric, the King's guards are looking for HIM, believing him to be the one responsible for Borin's vanishing act. Cedric is unaware of this however and goes about his daily business quite unaware of what is about to happen.

Can YOU advise him on what must be done and can you assist him to solve the mystery surrounding Borin's disappearance?

IF adaptations of existing poems by pieartsy
I'm looking for IF that adapts existing static poems, either using the text directly or taking the story/plot/themes of the text and turning them into something interactive. Does not have to be a "game" with a win/lose or branching paths...
