About the Story

MACBETH ... Hero or villain? It's the central conflict behind on of the most famous plays ever written. Was Macbeth a hero trapped in a predestined web beyond his ken, or the evil usurper brought down by the heroes of justice? Unarugably the most famous playwright in history, William Shakespeare, late of the Globe Theatre in London, is not appearing on your home computer in MACBETH. Justifiably an excellent play, Macbeth has complex, colorful characters plus rebels and kings, murder and treachary, justice and hight tragedy.

All four games feature grpahics to a greater or lesser extent, and the standard of these is extremely high. In each game you must achieve certain objectives that will allow you to achieve the goals of the character you are playing. In the first and last games you play Macbeth, in the second game you are Lady Macbeth, and in the third you are one of the Three Witches' assistants.
