About the Story

It was a fine sunny day and the warm rays of the sun glistened off the shiny new paint that now adorned the door in front of him. Mrs Balrog would be pleased with his efforts as she had been nagging him for months to do something about 'that eye-sort at the bottom of the garden'.

Balrog could either open the door or go to bed for a quick nap...

Notes: This game was originally produced as a Twine-powered interactive text in 2015, before being converted to a "classic" text adventure in 2019 using the PAWs for Spectrum, and a C64 edition using DAAD and later Adventuron for browsers.
