Escape from television! Only by interacting with the characters and environs of four TV shows (parodies of Gilligan's Island, The Brady Bunch, Star Trek, and LA Law) can you avoid being doomed to life in reruns. A clever game in conception, but I can't help but feel that it didn't do enough with the material. (For example, most of the Bradys do nothing but stand around being Bradys, without so much as a joke to justify their presence.) Also marred by numerous run-on sentences.
Unlike most AGT games, this does not have a copy of RUN.EXE (the AGT interpreter for MS-DOS) packaged with it. A copy from most other AGT games will do.

This is certainly a different sort of game, using a large dose of humour and a tongue-in-cheek style. Written with ye trusty olde AGT, Re-runs is not very large (38 locations), but has been well thought-out and carefully programmed, and would probably keep you entertained and amused for about 2 to 4 hours. I found that after spending half an hour wondering what to do at the beginning things started moving quickly, and the vast majority of this small game was conquered in a pleasurable evening's adventuring. There's loads to do from the word go, plenty of objects to manipulate and different scenarios to chuckle at. It won't strain your brain but that's no bad thing. (Tim Kemp)
