About the Story

It was reported on some forums to have been written by Paul Ruby Jr in 1986 for the TRS-80 Coco. It was designed to support the Tandy Speech/Sound Pak. The TRS-80 Micro Color Computer version does not use the Pak so those elements have been removed. It must be loaded in two parts, the main program SUCCESS1.C10 and then a data file SUCCESS2.C10. It was probably a type-in from one of the Coco magazines published in the 1980s.
