About the Story

"The King has been poisoned," says Commander Dirk, "by none other than that fiend himself, the 'King of Assassins'. We have tracked him down and we need you to get him. We chose you because you are the best there is."

"Well where is it?" you ask.
"In the Forbidden City." replies Dirk.
"Uh..." you start to say.
"Too late!" replies Dirk as you feel the force of a Teleport spell hit you...

This adventure is part of the Eamon universe. Like all Eamon adventures, it is an RPG-style game, mostly using a two-word parser. Because Eamon is a modular system, you may bring a character and equipment from other adventures into this one.

Editorial Reviews

EamonAG

It has a much better finish than most of Rob's Eamons, with many little touches and specials that enhance the play. However, its 90-room map is largely empty. Mapping the seemingly endless tunnels got tiresome enough that I considered a lower rating, but in the end the Good Stuff won me over.
