About the Story

Welcome to the Fairview Highschool Game. Just as in everyday, you need to make important decisions to survive. This game is an accurate representation of day-to-day life in Fairview High School. Remember the wise words of The Wise One, before you pick a horse to ride on, be sure its not a bucking horse, a donkey, or a mule that is a hybrid of a bucking horse and a donkey. Good luck on your journey.

Additional Notes: PG-13

Surreal, unfair and hilarious., September 12, 2018

An interesting, somewhat-surreal CYOA-style game. Published in 2004, it certainly shows it's age. In many encounters, the only way to survive is by picking the correct choice, anything else and it's instant death with little explanation as to why.

(Spoiler - click to show)The portion where you are forced to experiment with chemicals in a certain order and die if you even slightly deviate from the correct way is a good example of this, though it's played for comedy quite well here.

However, it's humor, decent editing, and few moments where it goes above and beyond make it a favorite for me. Unfortunately, I can't rate this higher as this game might not be as enjoyable as it was to me, to someone who doesn't like going back after dying for reasons only briefly explained. Still, if you're fine with dying a lot and can enjoy a laugh then check this one out.
