YOU are a scientist working in a lab. You will meet a dog called Fido. Your tasks will be to keep him alive on a hot day, and to work out why his legs are green!
There are six challenges, testing your scientific understanding, and problem-solving ability:
Can you separate sand from water?
Can you fix a microscope?
Do you know how to sterilise a needle?
How would you make coffee more palatable to drink?
Do you know how plants make glucose?
And what is Fido’s secret?
The science is pitched at the level of UK year 7 (secondary education for pupils 11-12 years of age).
Interact with the story and see what science you learn!
all in all it was a short and sweet story with a few interesting puzzles. but mostly feels like a test of knowledge
