Reconnaissance at Finowfurt

This is a game about the Chaos Communication Camp 2007, organized by the Chaos Computer Club in Germany. The Chaos Communication Camp is an international, five-day open-air event for hackers and associated life-forms.

First contact with the crew of the Heart Of Gold was established in 1999. The ship needed urgent repair and so the intergalactic contact group of the Chaos Computer Club decided to call together Earth's hackers to gather for a three-day meeting to help the crew. This event was later known as the first Chaos Communication Camp.

In 2003, the Heart Of Gold has announced its return to the blue planet. The crew wanted to share knowledge about a yet unknown substance called fairydust, emitted by a robotic plant and reportedly a species of nanorobotic organism. And thus ensued the second Chaos Communication Camp.

Now, in 2007, there is yet another rendez-vous with the spaceship scheduled. This time, however, the crew seems to be communicating through mysteries, almost like a riddle wrapped up in an enigma...
