The God-King has subjugated your people for hundreds of years, but you believe he is neither a true god nor a true king. Now, a resistance has formed, and you've been tasked with infiltrating his great pyramid. Will you be able to pay the cost to free your people? Or will self-preservation outweigh the needs of the many?

TRIGGER WARNING: This storygame explores trauma and trauma recovery. Consequently, it includes disturbing events, including sexual violence, torture, mutilation, and suicide. While the depiction of these events is the minimum I believe is necessary to establish characters and stakes, there is enough to know what is going on. If you cannot handle the emotional weight of these themes, I recommend you read something else.

 

NOTE: This is a lot more story than game. It will take patience to get through, just due to length alone. Most choices will alter which side-paths are available, who dies, and things like that—although there is one obvious point where the story dramatically changes based on your choice. Anyway, there's a lot here, and as mentioned above, there are difficult topics. But thanks for reading.
