About the Story
Write Your Own Ending is a free browser-based and Android interactive-fiction anthology from Still Swaggy. Readers become the central character, make decisions across branching paths, discover multiple endings, and can write a private custom ending of their own. Progress is stored locally, with adjustable text sizes and reading themes. No account, advertisements, or in-app purchases are required.
The initial five mysteries are The Last Showing; Stark County: The Doctor's Door; Ruby Island: One Passenger Too Many; Stark County: The Last Name on the Ballot; and Stark County: The Screen That Watched Back. Their stories range from an abandoned theater connected to 1986 to supernatural mysteries spanning Stark County in 1889, 1976, 1979, and 2026.
