Stuff Gadget Awards 2020 (part 2)
Not since the wonderful Device 6 have we seen such a masterful reimagining of narrative tale and interactive content. At first, Unmemory is a noirish murder mystery that feels a lot like a traditional digital book, albeit peppered with illustrations and presented as one long scrolling view rather than pages you flip.

The secrets soon reveal themselves as a clever, tactile set of interconnected puzzles — an innovative production that upends existing conventions on digital books and room escape puzzlers. It’s fair to say things take a turn for the weird, twisting perceptions and plunging you into a series of brain-teasing tasks.

This is a stylish and smart take on a now-established genre; and from the second you hear a distant phone ringing, realise you spotted one earlier and frantically scroll back up the screen to answer it, you’ll be smitten.

Unmemory
An “Escape Book” that is sure to delight fans of the genre. Engaging, interactive, and with lots of narrative details that will make you spend several hours on your screen.

Top 25 best text-based games for Android phones and tablets
Unmemory is the best text-based game I have played to date. It can be read as a story book or played as a game. This thriller has you trying to track down the man who murdered your girlfriend, but you also suffer from memory loss, so it’s a bit of a challenge. In Unmemory, you need to solve puzzles, scroll up and down the screen to see how things change, listen to recordings, look at pictures, and more! It will keep you guessing.

Indie games that are commercial or were commercial at one point by deathbytroggles
So I'm not looking for games from the well-known companies like Infocom, Tellarium, Legend, etc. Looking to compile a list of: 1. Games that used to be commercial but no longer (e.g. Once and Future, The Shadow and the Cathedral, 1893)...
