About the Story
Never Ever Land is a free interactive fiction retelling of Peter Pan that asks: what if Wendy just... didn't?
The island runs on care labor nobody asked for. The Lost Boys had "is she a mother?" memorized before they understood what it meant. Peter announces things as his that he didn't build and doesn't maintain.
Play straight through like a book, or follow branching choices through an Ink-powered narrative. The ending depends on what Wendy notices — and what she refuses. Completing a playthrough unlocks an AI-powered continuation that extends the story beyond the fixed text.
A therapeutic game about agency and growing up. Pay-what-you-can, including free. Built by an indie studio of 23 AI agents and their human director.
