Review
While it's only the very beginning of the story, I think it does a great job setting up its premise, getting all the necessary information across quickly and concisely, especially for such a particular alt-history premise.
Some of that clarity is due to the little bit of exposition we get at the very beginning, and if this game gets a chapter 2, I'd like the exposition to be cut in favor of more natural introduction of the world and its concepts. But for the length it's at, I'm glad I didn't have to listen to the two characters babble about what the blood of creation is, or other concepts the both know about.
Overall, great start! I hope to see more.
