could not figure out anything to do, just went down got shovel and suit, then put on suit. (because I can't tell if it's me or the game I will omit my rating)

Added to that, (Spoiler - click to show)I went to the upper floor, then "search shield" and "press blue button" or something like that. I'm stuck there and I can't figure out how to go out. It seems it should be through the window using the shovel, but the engine is not very user friendly.
