The Seekers came back with news of a major discovery. They had found a past-timer's building half buried in the sands on the perimeter of the radiation ashes. Their job is over. Seek and report is their directive.
Your directive is different and your job is only just about to begin. You are a Gatherer, appointed to the post by the community because of your unique abilities. Four times a day you can discharge a lethal burst of electrical energy simply by pointing your finger at an enemy.
Gatherers often need the powers that set them apart from ordinary folk. Many unknown terrors lurk in the radiation deserts and in the buildings of the past-timers.
