Superb Mood, Tone, Setting!, May 29, 2020*by Snufflepuff
This my favorite IF as of this writing. Exquisite mournful tone, mystery as to who the player-narrator is, and what exactly happened in the past; poetic evocations of alchemy as a metaphor for remembrance; and detailed, utterly convincing setting.
