Diamond In The Rough

It is a futuristic New York City. The U.S. has suffered a second Great Depression, much worse than the original one. As the citizens struggle to pick up the pieces, the Elite among us have decided to use the poor as scapegoats, and segregate them in ways similar to 1930's Nazi Germany. 3 Sectors are formed to house the poor. Secret Police raids are common. Rights are taken away. The Elite become more powerful and oppression becomes more rampant.

Rocket was born elite. For most of his life, he has known nothing but extravagant wealth and the vanity that comes along with it. Until one day, by chance, he meets and falls for a girl named Autumn who lives in Sector B. From her, he beings to learn the truth about the hardships and injustice she, her family, and her friends face on the daily at the hands of people he's known his whole life.
