Review

I enjoyed some aspects of this game. I thought the linking and contradictions aspect was interesting and the connections were not always immediately clear. However, I felt like I was being guided through. Stopping to examine the people and environments was unnecessary and added very little to the story. All of the information needed to solve the case was present in the topics section, but this made any further exploration pointless. I wish that less of the information was held for me, and that I could gain some other clues by searching around. I also wish that the game had allowed you to anger or upset the characters so that they would withhold information from you, or something to that effect. I found the story to be surface level and the conclusion flat. I think it would have been interesting to have multiple different endings based on the way to interviewed the characters. The mechanics and premise of this game were promising but the story and the implementation fell flat.
