Scarlet Sorceress: The Mystery of Castle Alaire

Part romance, part mystery game. This standalone chapter takes you to the Solstice Ball at Castle Alaire, for a night of feasting, dancing and entertainment. However, not all is well beneath the surface of Castle Alaire. A mysterious theft occurs right before the event, an heirloom which is key to House Alaire’s power.

Invited to the Solstice Ball with your companions, Gaius and Sofie, you discover the theft, and resolve to solve the mystery before the end of the ball. Of course, this requires you to tread a fine line. You will need to attend the ball as another guest, seemingly enjoying the fun, while running an investigation behind the scenes. You will need to recover what was stolen before the guests are ready to say their farewells.

Play the game on story mode, which allows you to solve the mystery without worrying about stat management, or opt for a traditional stat management experience. Play the game on one of four difficulty levels if you opt for stat management. Choose to specialize in one of three schools of magic, or all of them. Customize your appearance and manage its impact on your stats, or opt for the Blessing of Inner Fire to customize your appearance without worrying about stats.

Enjoy a three slot save system on the lower difficulty levels, which gives you the flexibility to bookmark your progress and try different options without losing progress or having to start over.
