Tales of Nivea: GRIP

This game took me on a rollercoaster in a surprising under 2 hours. In this game you are a man who is down on his luck after losing his job. You see a note on a ad board for a new job and you decide to take a gander not knowing the consequence of that decision. You are introduced to this women who seems utterly indifferent to you then you realize you are going to be deciding kids fates based on their power. The games writing is impeccable and I love the case with the psychopathic kid because it makes you feel afraid even though it’s just a kid. You can choose one of three fates Public warning, reeducation or if the situation deems it necessary death. You just look at the case and cross reference with what they say. Making the write choice puts the player through a beautiful internal conflict. You have to decide if this person is too unsafe to co exist with others in society no matter how much they try or don’t to redeem themself and it’s a heavy burden. In the ending there is a kid who kills his entire row with his fire powers by accident but that’s when you realize even if you think someone may deserve something the case can say otherwise. Truly a masterpiece in writing and I am very proud of this man Arlo Inthaphone for blessing me with this masterpiece thank you.

This game is amazing and I give it a 9.7/10 definitely worth a play.
