The Orb of Polaris

by John Nelson

Episode 33 of Eamon
Fantasy, RPG
1983

About the Story

A warlock sends you on a quest to find the Orb of Polaris, in a cave in the frozen arctic. Bring your winter coat!

This adventure is part of the Eamon universe. Like all Eamon adventures, it is an RPG-style game, mostly using a two-word parser. Because Eamon is a modular system, you may bring a character and equipment from other adventures into this one.

EamonAG

This Eamon takes place in a very cold cavern. In fact, it is so cold that your first order of business is to find something warm to wear before you literally freeze to death. John does some clever things with the cold that you will probably find novel. For example, you might slip on the ice as you take a swing with your weapon in combat!
