The game is fairly open in that a lot of the locations are accessible right from the start. I like adventures like this as I feel there is not a lot worse than feeling that you're being led down a certain path in a game without having any choice in the matter. Conversation with the various characters is very important and has been handled very well by the author. But my main enjoyment from this game was the way Linda pulls you into the game with its adventurous atmosphere, brought about by the necessary information gently unfolding by investigating puzzles.
