This post-comp release attempts to address a point of confusion that basically everyone mentioned but that didn't get properly fixed before the version 1 deadline. It also fixes various minor issues and adds a (spoiler-free) notes page discussing input modalities, the undo/save/restore system, and offline play.

Version 2 has actually been out for over a month now (since 2012-06-24), but I didn't realize that I could and should update IFDB and add a news item until Peter Pears blogged about it. Better late than never, I hope?
