News for Olivia's Orphanorium

Version 3 is the second generally-available release (version 2 was released only to ClubFloyd). It includes the addition of a number of user-requested features, in particular a STATUS command that tabulates orphan stats; adds a few new quests, including a multi-part questline; and provides various small fixes.
