About the Story

Follow a young woman as she tries to stay afloat in Copenhagen during a summer riddled with anxiety and loneliness. Amid the desire for isolation there’s still a hope that one day, things will change. Maybe the shadow monster in her apartment can help her?

Stilstand is a dark and absurd interactive graphic novel. A personal and hand drawn tale about the high expectations and fragile emotional life that many young people struggle with.

Stilstand Is The Debut Game From Artist Ida Hartmann Out This Month
Stilstand is based on the work by artist Ida Hartmann (Twitter) and Niila Games, and can I just say, looks stunning in this interactive presentation. Not only does the artwork stand out, but the themes tackle thoughts most of us have, though not everyone gets the help of a shadow monster.
