Allan Xia is a storyteller whose work span a broad spectrum of creative mediums and disciplines such as illustration, comics, videogames and more.

Outside of his creative practice, Allan is also the founder and director of Chromacon – a biennial Indie Arts Festival based in New Zealand connecting creatives and art-lovers through inspiration, education, and interaction. The latest festival took place on 8~9th April, 2017 at the Aotea Centre in Auckland, where over 120+ New Zealand independent creators and 5 International guests showcased their work to 7400+ visitors from the wider public.
