New Cat 3.0 Released

The "disappearing relative directions" bug is quashed for good. A few minor grammatical/status improvements round out this release. New Cat is now a Glulx game.

This version fixes the infamous down problem in the Kitchen, corrects a slew of typos, fixes other minor problems, and adds more testers to the thanks list. Enjoy!
