About the Story
Upheaval is a traditional open world text-based fantasy RPG where time is a resource. Explore the wilderness, seek out magical treasures, choose whether to disrupt or enable growing factions, and master the world's secrets as you learn more from each playthrough.
In 30 days, the Magician will arrive. How will you spend your time until then?
It should take about 15-45 minutes to play each adventure in the demo (the full game is twice as long). You can play multiple times to learn more about the world and explore multiple endings. :) There are over 5,000 unique endings, depending on the choices you make.

Upheaval is written using a custom system built with MonoGame: You can play it on Windows or Android. If you prefer to type commands in or if you want screen reader or keyboard support, play the "Windows Console" version.
If you like the demo, you can buy the public alpha on itch.io to support development.
